India Business Trip with Export Delaware, February 2026

Grow Your Business in India: Join Delaware’s Business Trip

Delaware small businesses have an exciting opportunity in February 2026: join Governor Meyer, Secretary Patibanda-Sanchez, and Export Delaware on an official business trip to India. This trip is designed to help your company connect with new customers, meet reliable partners, and expand export sales in one of the fastest-growing markets in the world.

Why India Should Be on Your Export Radar

Here are some recent statistics and trends, drawn from U.S. and Indian trade data, that highlight India’s potential:

  • In 2024, U.S. goods exports to India were $41.5 billion, up 3.0% from 2023; services exports also rose sharply, about 15.9%, to $41.8 billion.
  • Total U.S.–India trade (goods + services) in 2024 was about $212.3 billion, up 8.3% year-over-year.
  • India imported about $37 billion in agricultural and related products in 2023, a 51% increase over five years — creating major opportunities for U.S. exporters.
  • Demand in India is rising across key sectors: agriculture, pharmaceuticals, engineering goods, electronics, and technology services.

These numbers demonstrate that demand in India is genuine — across both goods and services — and that the U.S.-India trade relationship remains robust.
